Well guys, that days is here. My sister, 52 years old, is fighting her last fight. I'm preparing to leave the warmth of my home and my family to drive to a hospital an hour away to see my sister one last time. She won't know I'm there but I'll be there because my nephew will be there and he will need me. If you can, spare a kind thought or, dare I ask, a prayer. I will be kindly received. That's all I've got. Thanks for (virtually) being here.

We'll be with you in spirit Dean. Can't imagine what you and your family are going through. I'm sure your nephew will appreciate you being there for him and his mother. Prayers go out to your family.

I'm alright with being asked for nothing more than keeping a good thought , or saying a prayer.

I'm very sorry to hear about your sister, and having to deal with losing her...especially at this time of year. 52 is way too young to go. My sincere and heartfelt condolences. Stay strong.
