The vintage volgas are so much better than this one, i believe it never even hit the roads and was mostly a prototype. For some time the company also re badged the not so great chrysler sebring as a volga siber. The car in the picture looks a lot like a 1990s Rover.

342 were delivered in 2001, and 20 in 2002 (with nine more in 2004) before production ceased.
