Well , as I was diligently working in the shop last night

I heard a Huge "THUD" at the shops door .............then the sound of Jingle Bells
Running off into the Cold nights air, as I opened the door
I heard a faint "Ho Ho Ho" ................off in the distance

As I looked around, to my surprise ... no one was there
However as I glazed downward OMG !!!!!!

A HUGE PRESSURE TANK................

There is a Santa Claus after all & I must have been a Good Boy this year
LOL

After all there's Only so much one can do w/ those Lil' 2 gal Paint Pots
( & I have 3 of them lined up )

Now we're ( almost ) Limit less , as to the Size of Projects ( Rubber Molds )

In the words of Bobby Di Nero "You can fit two , tree bodies in dere ! "

More to Come .......................

Merry Christmas to all

Build ON !
Don

Don,

Yes indeed, that pressure tank is the ticket. What size is it? Looks like at least a 10 gallon. What is your max PSI? I found a 5 gallon tank for $25.00 and I am seriously thinking of buying it if the gasket is in good shape. Like you said, only so much you can do with a 2-1/2 gallon tank....no matter how many you have. Have fun with your new toy.............

Chris.

It's at least 10 gals .............. like I said It's HUGE

This will allow us here to expand our product line to Molds that won't fit in a 2 agl tank,
not mention pour more than One Body @ a time

When we set this Bad Boy up , should be able to hold at least 8 full body molds in one pour session !!!

That will be much more efficient & productive

In the past 2 years we've just about doubled our product line
& in dire need for a Major re tooling & organization of the shop

Good luck w/ your spinning thingy there

Happy Holidays :P

Don,

Yes, a 10 gallon tank will definitely help you out in the number of full body molds you can do in one pour, especially that VERY COOL drag-boat you are going to produce.

Same here with my shop. So many projects going on right now. One of the main reasons I decided to do the spinning thingy. I will send you a copy of the plans (if it works) when I have it built. Not much good for body molds, but very good for almost everything else.

BTW....I'm sending you a personal email that you might want to read.

Take care. Chris.

Congrats on the New Toy Don :) I've been wanting one as soon as I get the work space for it, that would help tremendously in making 1:1 Scale Kustom Tails and Such ;)
