I picked a resin XLR a while back on ebay. Does anyone know which Vette would be the best donor for this? Also, I was wondering if anyone has pics of one completed.

Nice one, I just bought this Resin body a couple of weeks ago.
Looking at the bpdy. I bought a C5 Convertible with it. Since the XLR is a convertible too.

But in the end, you still need to modify quite some parts. That's the challenge tough

That's a Jimmy Flintstone body. I believe it's intended to use the Revell C5 as a donor kit.

I got a couple of them stalled out myself, nicely done, but I don't have the time to widen and lengthen the Revell Chassis' to fit properly..... Its Based off a 1/22 or so R/C car body....

Sigh............. When, Oh when, Oh when, will one of the kit manufacturers commit that car to plastic??

It's a real no brainer as it uses basically the same chassis as the current 'Vette.

Should sell quite well too as it's a stunning looking car!
