sounds like a good canidate if it needs a wood bed. Im not familiar with all the trucks.,so I dont know which ones had one or not..or maybe perhaps someone just wants one with a custom wood bed liner..Ive seen those done at car shows..even present day model trucks..if your wanting one done though send me a PM

An early 60's Chevy should have a wood floor in the bed. 67 was the first year of the optional metal floor.

Other way around. The steel floor was standard, the wood floor was the option, RPO E81, Fleetside only. Stepsides had wood floors, no option available.

Have you thought about one for the AMT Fruehauf Flatbed Trailer?  That kit has a "wood" deck.

yes I have, dont have the trailer..one thing I wasnt sure about was if the bed frame was molded on or is the floor a seperate piece? if its molded on,then Id have to go with the super thin material, which is more expensive.

I received a set of these. They look FANTASTIC and they were returned to me quickly. The Cherry has very nice grain to it.

 

This should make the bed really POP!!!
