Actually the looks are starting to grow on me, it's a bit odd but it's got a happy face. I shan't be troubling the car lots to try and get hold of one though...

I can see plain as day what it's derived from but I can't find this exact car. It's definitely somebody's version of somebody else's tooling. The one's I'm familiar with don't have the "64 Impala" look.

I don't know what's the fuss about it, It's a red Thunderbird, and looks like there is a orange Corvette just by the Thunderbird.
