So far so good, both truck and trailer are fantastic.
You may have to purchase another 53ft for the Freightliner.

Kostas.

I might buy the new smooth sided 53'er for it. Still not 100% decided on what to do for a trailer for it. May leave it a bobtail. Maybe build s 40' ribbed side, maybe a 90s re-issue transporter. May even try to get another cattle pot for it. Or, big dreamin now, 1 on my grail list, the revell beall tanker.

This thing looks amazing with those Moebius wheels and tires....Although the kit ones aren't bad, I like these.....Stacks look good, too...Great job on the cab redo....

Did a little work this mornin. Made a 5th wheel pull, made the air hose for the slider, got the light bar/fender mount for the front of the drive done and got the drive shaft lengthened.

The paint is finally done. The silver pinstriping was a serious ordeal. It took over 4 hours. I had to take 1/4" silver vinyl from the auto parts, then slice it thinner. Then put it all on, make sure the lines lined up. Then i cleared it again. Its not perfect but im happy with 1st attempt at 2 tone paint job like this with pinstriping.

I think i just about got it finished. Let me tell you, those GOT DANG steps, those were just ridiculous. I havent even attempted the mirrors yet. They look worse than the steps. Just the mirrors, grab handles and a few light/jewels left to do.

This 1 i stacked styrene c-channel. Then i boxed it as much as i could to help stregthen it. Used the same styrene to make extra cross members.

On the red 1 i did, see it under glass. I bought blank frame rail material.

No kidding! I had no idea that they made that. How would I acquire some? Is there a certain site you get yours from?
