Your only options are the Toyota Hilux kits in 1/24th scale, or next month when Revell releases the Datsun off road truck snap kit in 1/25th

I've got some old little pickups in a box that I just uncovered after 20 years in storage. Not sure what they are, but I'll see what's there - maybe we can do some trading? PM me if you are interested. I'm pretty much strictly into North American stuff - trucks and cars - especially old annuals that are salvageable.

There are a few older Toyota and Datsun pickups in scale. There was a Chevy LUV, which is an Isuzu and a Ford Courier that's a Mazda. AMT did a Dodge D50 which is a Mitsubishi. Check eBay for details, they aren't rare or expensive kits

ive thought about the Ameriports i think thats my option cuz they are cheaper. but the crew cab datsun offroader looks like a kit for me to watch for

MPC made a Datsun with a stepside and straight side bed. It's a pretty cool little kit.

Well i bought me this on evilbay today... Mostly complete missing some things i guess. But thats where it gets fun, lil datsuns got some competition with my big ferds. Ill be on vacation til jun 29 so it wont get started til july.
Some off the big boys it gets to compete with.
Hopefully i can figure out the proper ingredients to make this lil nissan a tough truck.

Revell also did a 3rd generation 1978-83 Toyota 4x4 as a snap kit. Looks like a decent kit but it does have plastic tires which I know some people hate.
I have a different boxing of that Datsun and for some reason they put a small block Chevy under the hood instead of the proper 4 cyl.

That's one of those kits that eventually you'll come across one for $10 at a show. You can set up an eBay search agent and they'll email you every time they get one listed. Search for (chevy, chevrolet), luv. It becomes a game to find one at the right price. I recently was shopping for both a 1972 Chevy Impala and a Chevy Chevette. Took me a while but after bidding on a few of each, I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. Good luck!
