Back in the 70s and 80s I remember that AMT truck kits included a form to order posters called, "Truck um up posters" or something like that.  I have an image of the back of that form and I'm looking for the other side of this form.  Anybody has that front part of this form that could post it here?  Thank you very much.

I have several of those forms in kits I have. Sadly I can not help you at this time as everything is packed up for a move.  I will check back in a few weeks to see if one has been posted.

It would be nice to have  the real form but I've never seen them on the Bay or anywhere, unless you buy an old kit.  I bought a 70s truck kit recently but did not include this form.  I do remember I bought the Peterbilt poster on the bottom line.  Wish I still had it.

James, that one was in a "Mack Cruiseliner" kit.  Also included was a flyer for "Star Trek" posters.
