Nice build, is this the Baja kit? If it is, I don't suppose you might still have and perhaps may want to trade the decals? I've had this in my rebuild pile for a long time.

In Topic: Daytona Charger/Plymouth Superbird

The Revell Daytona is by far the better of the two available (the other being an AMT), they also recently reissued the Superbird, which is an older Monogram kit (same as the '70 Roadrunner/GTX). Johan made a Superbird, but I've never built one. The Revellogram kit is simple, 1/24th I believe, but builds into a nice car. Hope that helps!

I'd emailed Revell a few questions regarding the Gearz contest, and just mentioned that I'm looking forward to the Cuda kit. They got back to me saying "Be on the lookout for it this summer!" Has the release date changed then? Does anyone know the new date?

Nice progress! I've built many of these ('68/'69 and the Daytona), and I can say from experience that the Hemi won't fit under the stock hood. I got it close by grinding away at the bottom of the air cleaner, but still wouldn't fit. Maybe with more cutting to the carbs and air cleaner.
