why dont you get some plastruct (evergreen possibly too) white coated  small diam round with a wire running inside it and make it the diameter you want.  Then create your center?

Very nice all around-car and diorama.  Tell me where did you get Pennsy plate or did you color that?

From one former farm kid to another, nice job on the 4430-although you do need the screens in front of engine for air cleaner. How about a chisel plow, disc or even planter next?
