I' am in the process of completing the MachineGun Kelly Vega funny car. What would be the proper color for the interior tin?

Would it be aluminum, black, or anodized red?

I'am at a loss. I can't seem to find some good photos of the 73 Fireball Vega funny car that i can print up so I can make the flamed decals. So if anybody could help it would be really appreciated.
