On Fotki,
Above the pic you want to post is a "Share" button. Click on it and three links appear with "More Sharing Options" below them. Click on the "More Sharing Options" link and you go to a new page of the same pic with more links below the picture. I use the second link down which is the "Code For Forums" link to post pics on all forums.
