That B18 would be an almost direct swap. Grab the intermediate shaft from a DC2 and the mounts from a Del-Sol and you are in. Is it a B18B or a disguised B18C?

I agree, smoothside beds are so much nicer.

I just picked up an old Datsun smoothside pick-up and was deciding it's fate. May have to go with a clean mini-truck build for it!

Considering that I am able to pick any of them up at most swap meets for about the cost of a new kit, I wouldn't be willing to trade 2.5 kits for one kit. (then again, I am a FOX guy and have a closet full of these kits). I have seen them go for as little as $10 to about $30 (on the high end of the swap meet scale). 

If you are willing to be a bit more reasonable versus basing your asking on the ever-fluctuating E-bay 'asking price' (as I have seen a lot of retards asking $50+ for these, and they NEVER sell) and 'kit value' books, I am sure you would generate a bit of interest (especially from me as I have a few of what you are willing to trade for).

Heck yeah, finish her up! Love seeing the Foxes built, and the older MPC/AMT kits can look good when done right!

Chuck, do you have the hood from that FC you took the engine from? If so, take the scoop too! Or go real crazy and use a Scooby STI Tidal Wave hood scoop!
