A long time car guy that found the hobby of model car/truck building as a kid. I have walked away from this form of recreation and relaxation a few times but always seem to find my way back. This last break lasted almost 30 years, but I have returned and plan to stay.
About me:
Originally from Ohio, moved to Charlotte NC 12 years ago to pursue a career in Nascar.
I currently work as a Test Engineer in the R&D Tech Center at Roush/Fenway Racing. After traveling around the country, race track to race track for the first several years I now have a stay in the shop job. Therefore more time to do things I enjoy outside of wrenching on race cars.
I have enjoyed this forum almost every day since I first found it. Most people on this site are helpful and very friendly. Unfortuately just like everywhere else, a few are not....
