Twisted Challenger

I just finished this one its been sitting on my shelves for a few months. Chopped the roof off and the windshield. Custom widebody, front and rear bumpers, and molded the cover onto the rear of the car. Swapped the engine for a 340 six pack, with custom center exit exhaust. I also did the suicide doors, although they do not fit 100% perfect I am happy with them because it was my first attempt at hinging doors, which was quite a while back.

There was a mix up and it turns out I have two profiles. I am very sorry for that.
Well here is where I am at. Made my own Lambo doors, I had the idea when I was at my dads doctor appointment. Then slammed it on some wire wheels I had in my parts box. Going to try and update the front fascia, to the newer model headlights.
Here is the hinge I made, it took some tweaking to make it clear the door panel and the dashboard, but it works.

This is my dream car, finally found it at K-Mart for $3, sadly there was only one. It is in Dodge fiery red, with a tan and black interior, and some parts box rims from an Escalade I finished already. the only detail I really added as cutting out the grille and adding some mesh.

After seeing another modeler slam his Escalade, I decided to finish this one and get it off of my bench. Scratchbuilt frame, and some little modifications. I did not clear the paint, I just wanted to finish something quickly.

I am going through a crisis, I cannot leave any of my models alone all of them are asking for a redo. The next victim is new Challenger. I do not have a camera at the moment but am planning to get a decent one by next week, if all goes to plan. Chopped off the roof, and added a Saleen Mustang Speedster cover, and front bumper grafted on, and a Corvette rear bumper splitter. Since I rebuilt the 70 Challenger, I had a 340 Six-Pack laying aroung so I said why not, and in it went.
