The Revell '48 Woody has the best surfboard decals for 1/25. Surfboards are harder to find in that scale, some of the V-Dub diecasts cars have nice boards but are expensive when you factor in the cost of the model. I'm new to this site but I zero'd in on your Nomad build.....................AWESOME!Thank you. All the parts are coming together now . . . I am applying a wash to the chassis and some powder and we should be pretty much done, except for the surfboards . . .
Stay tuned in for more progress later this evening.

11 downloadsHere is my '55 Nomad Project that has stalled. I have a '55 Chevy 4-door Bel-Air that I've been trying to make a scale copy of with the '55 Nomad kit from AMT. I've had to fill in the Nomad roof lines and tailgate ribs and make the hood flip up like my 1=1 car, it's a lot of work and I get worn out.

16 downloadsThe real car has a 454 Big Block in it which I replicated with Hilborn injectors instead of the 4 barrel I have on it. Hey, I want the Hilborn but I can only afford the 1/25 version.
