its been painted and cleared, was missing wheels when i got it but still has the tires also added these wheels in a attempt to salvage the build but im just no longer feeling it. the rest of the kit is untouched so parts of the sprue. would like a Revell 78 Firebird in at least a rebuild-able condition.

model a rear fenders, packard front fenders, 77 cadillac promo base. the rest of the car will be sourced from various kits. im on the fence about the trunk i might bob it down a few scale inches to keep the stock bumper

Drawing custom frames in CAD

01 April 2013 - 08:57 AM

I drew the outline of the old chassis plate on a sheet of paper, scanned it and imported it into my 3D program and drew the new chassie set up and basically made it ready to print as long as the file is Tiff i can import it without loosing scale, Its good setup for making custom frame fixtures. This works with any cad program that has the ability to import pictures like sketchup.
