Here are some very early shots of my current project. Its a 1950 Oldsmobile Fastback conversion by Promolite. This is a super well made resin conversion body. Its very clean and plastic-like, as is all of his products.  Its going to be a contemporary style car with 18"/20" wheels, triangulated four link, rear chassis mini-tubbed. The engine is still up in the air possibly a BBC or LS1. I'll try to keep this updated. These are just some early stance mockup shots during the chassis mods. I have since made the door glass one piece by eliminating the vent windows. The firewall has also been smoothed and flattened slightly. I'll try to update with more pics soon. Thanks for looking! Here is my new project. Its a Replicas and Miniature of Maryland 32 Ford Vicky resin body that I added the soft top from a Flintstone B400 body. I know the B400 had a sedan type rear panel but I wanted to do one with a Vicky rear panel.

Here is what I started with....



After some cutting and fitting I ended up with this.......




Those are the tires it will be on and the stance it will have. I also did some initial chassis mods today. I added a tubular center section and notched the front crossmember to sit lower.

Just finished this one today in time for the Cookeville, TN show tomorrow. Its a 1966 Chevrolet Chevy II 100 Sedan. Its Gobi Beige with Fawn interior. The chassis is from the AMT 66 Nova Pro Street and the interior is based off the AMT 66 Nova SS stock version. Wheels are Billet Specialties "Stiletto" from a die cast car. The engine is a Gold version of the Chevy Orange motor in my 1:1 64 SS. The exhaust and drive shaft is aluminum, engine is wired but in a semi hidden style this car would use in 1:1, Photoetch grille, and Keith Marks decals for the quarter panel and deck lid emblems. This is a new project I have been working on. Its a resin 1966 Chevy II 100 Sedan. It uses the AMT Pro Street Chassis, AMT Stock interior with bench seat and matching rear seat added, Aluminum exhaust and driveshaft, Gobi Beige basecoat/clearcoat ( which has been rubbed out since these pics), and Billet Specialties "Stiletto" wheels from a diecast. Just finished this one today and I am moving it to this section from the Workbench section. Its a 1959 Buick LeSabre resin kit by Promolite. Its Fawn Metallic basecoat/clearcoat with Matching gold tones inside. It has MV Lenses, Pegasus wheels, Tons of Bare Metal Foil and the mods necessary to get the wheels under it. Other than that its pretty much as it came from Promolite. Thanks for looking!
