Anyone know any specs on the GMC General used in Smokey and the Bandit 2?? Such as engine,wheelbase,sleeper size?? I am assuming the engine is a 8v71 or 6v71? And from what is ee in pictures it looks to be a 50 inch sleeper? It definaely is to skinny to be a 60 or more. I have a chevy bison kit i wanna use for this just need to swap out the grille.

http://http://http://http://http://http://I bought this kit for the cat engine for my can-do wrecker then i figured mine as well swap engines and build the movin on truck so i cut the raised roof off replaced it with a flat roof then stretched the frame .I bought the the testors green evryone recomends but i didnt like it so i bought some green car touch up paint from the auto parts store its a tad dark but i think it will make the decals stand out !! Hers some pics where i am at so far
