I'm attempting to scratch build an 1/8 scale model of the #3 supermodified that Howard kaeding drove in the 60s and 70s. Here's a how it looks sitting in the Sprint Car Hall Of Fame.

And here where I'm at with building the model. still needs some tweeking, but it's getting there.

I'm building this for the AZ Motor sports Hall Of Fame in Phoenix. It will be the Stanton #75 house car that ron Shuman drove back in 1979 and 80. This is a mock up with the parts I've made so far.

AJ Watson Indy Roadster

With the help of Red Bull and my Ipod playing AC/DC, Bachman Turner Overdrive and the Stones I started the frame today for this newest adventure in modeling, an AJ Watson Indy Roadster. I love these cars and can't believe I'm finally building one in 1/8 scale. This thing will be Offy powered and as close to the picture as I can can get. Posted Image
