Hey guys I'm making hinges for the first time and I wasn't sure what size tube and rod to buy. Can you guys with this knowledge tell if I bought the right sizes?

Brass rod 3/64

Hey guys this is my first thread here. Anyway this is a replica of my real Super Bee #277 of only 425 made! I used Testors Hemi Orange along with Testors Clear Coat. Tried to get is as close as possible to my car, I even black out the rear tail lights. Not my best work though still needs some final touches. Let me know what you think.
