  1. Any of you guys seen the trailer park boys episode closer to the heart with Alex Lifeson being kidnapped? Some wonderful Canadian comedy right there.
  2. Michelle Adamson would be mine.
  3. Waylon Jennings and J.J. Cale, my Phil Robertson music.
  4. missing the i plymouth plates, but i love the roadrunner i have a 1970 from revell i painted into bright yellow from testors which seemed to match the mopar color well, maybe just slightly off.
  5. I envy you people with houses in rural areas so much, i don't think i will ever be able to afford one and will always be stuck in these over used nyc apartments with no garage or deck or a place to work on a truck! Great photos of the snow though i really would love to spend time outdoors over there, probably amazing air compared to smell of auto exhaust and cigarettes in nyc.
  6. Doom 2 soundtrack not kidding, i can not get enough of this type of music, love video music lately. you can also check out tai fu and turok 2 soundtracks, some of my other favorites as well as heretic. Tai fu was one awesome game with some sort of asian techno mix that i can never find anything similar too some of my favorite model building music as well, can play it over and over.
  7. VW has a serius aux port problem, i mean there is an option for aux media but no port! Darn rentals
  8. The sunbird seems a lot like the last toronado generation which, i have never ever seen in person. I have seen so many toronados from 60's and 70's but never this one! and its 86-92 or so, judging by the old A-class Mercedes on the left this one is probably somewhere in Germany, Finland or Holland.
  9. If you need various plates printed this is the site to go: http://www.15q.net/usindex.html it also has every vintage Canadian plate you can think of, i believe the print size is 50x25 for 1/25 plates.
  10. Well i did not mean hot wheels, that is just toys for kids. If you wanna check out some good 1/64 models look-up greenlight and m2 machines and auto-world, they make some very decent stuff. Also this company MotorMax makes very model like cars and for only about 11-14$ a car. They have a decent selection of four door Chrysler cars from around early 80's which i can never find as models.
  11. But for 48$ you could probably get a nice die cast, or two.
  12. wow 48 dollars? I should start selling my foiled promos and such maybe i can get like 100$!
  13. Progress on the two builds and some cool stuff like the 1/64 cars i got, a 76 Cadillac i am restoring, a 65 Buick build as well as a 59 Lincoln i got for 10, planning to restore it in a Cream color with lots of foil and antennas, this is also my first time using BMF so i tried my best, hopefully you will like the pictures compared to the older way the model was built a long time ago. Printed some plates for the cars and future builds as well.
  14. I also think Matthew McConaughey would do well as Shelby. A movie such as this should be treated like the Steve jobs/Bill gates of the automobile world, it would certainly either be an amazing movie or a complete disaster.
  15. today i was cleaning my tiny window garden and have done a dumb motion which resulted in me getting about 15 cactus needles into my index finger and i got all but one out which i will get removed in a medical office because its so deep stuck and is swelling my finger.... I do not hate cactus after that though they still flower nicely.
  16. The vintage volgas are so much better than this one, i believe it never even hit the roads and was mostly a prototype. For some time the company also re badged the not so great chrysler sebring as a volga siber. The car in the picture looks a lot like a 1990s Rover.
  17. To be honest i kind of like the promo style kits with a shut hood, no engine and only about 12-14 pieces total, i wish they would release a cheaper line of all the promotional models as simple kits so we could build more regular cars, i don't even buy kits anymore and only look for a cheap or rare promo i can afford, which often result in the same looking model as a kit and with a much bigger brand and model variety, i still love kits but i got so tired of constantly dealing with 90+ parts, i enjoy the simplicity of older kits/promos.
  18. Great build, i always wanted to do this and the VW beetle in the psychedelic theme, it gives me a mix of feelings such as songs of creedence clearwater or rare earth and Steve Job's first apple logo.

    67 Charger

Nice BMF on the side pillars i really like it, do you have pictures of the interior before assembly?
  20. Sometimes i wonder about all those awful insurance plans commercials because some of them look like they are still playing from 1991, i mean my whole tv cringes and goes to full screen mode every time its an elderly insurance company commercial or some sort of local law offices. Dont these people ever update their commercial?
  21. They need to put Hank Hill into an episode of family guy.
  22. Stop. It's Hammer time. Looks like a Soviet hammer my grandparents let me use when i was about 8 or 9 years old building wooden chairs.
  23. You do not want to mess with a CTS-V wagon, seriously the fastest and meanest wagon i ever got to test drive.
