Pretty sure it is a promo. '62 Novas, Impalas and Fairlanes came with opening hoods.... -

Ditto. -
The ´66 Olds 442 CV has an uptop that might work?
-
Pictured is an old PMC IH Mayflower moving van (not mine!). I'm pretty sure no major manufacturer have done this, but is this type of trailer w rounded front corners available from the aftermarket, currently, anywhere?
-
I picked up this lot a couple of weeks ago and it contained two ailing 66 Fury's. I mostly need two hoods but could be interested in other parts as well. Is anyone currently casting replacement parts for the 66 Fury? I think a 65 hood would work too. Claes Ericsson

Further to this, I sent a message through the form in the sub dept. relating general info and experiences about the delivery of the mag previously. I have yet to receive a reply to that, BUT today #219 showed up in my mailbox.😀 -

Noted! I got 4 out of 6 in my previous sub that ended w #217, got #218 off ebay, and am too, still waiting for #219 which I believe my current sub would start with. -
Yes, it IS the Revell spray, this is a ’60 Plymouth bumper painted at the same time, mounted back to back of the Imperial bumper. Both primered. And I think the sunshine improves the image somewhat. Only issue so far, and that’s probably a handling issue, is, I, a couple of times have gotten a lot of small bubbles in finely textured grilles like ’63 Bonneville & ’64 Grand Prix. Probably too much paint too soon.... And this is the can.....
-
Mine was done in the high 70's and reasonably dry air....
-
I've tried it and I'm pretty happy with the results. This is over primer on a '58 Imperial bumper. Disclaimer, I've handled it a bit and that works but I have yet to see how it stands up to detailing....

Texas 3D Customs

Received my 1st order this past Friday and I must say the parts easily rivals anything I've seen before. Looks like another returning customer have been recruited.😀 -
Really long shot - parts for the ITC '40 Mercury
Claes Ericsson replied to Claes Ericsson's topic in Wanted!
Tom, thanks for the offer. The JF never occurred to me but it might work, depending on what it was mastered from. I'll send a couple of basic dimensions of the ITC grille to see if this might be workable. /Claes -
Got an incomplete one the other day and what I really need is: - grille - stock uptop part #52. Grille chrome is not important and uptop can be either metallic gold or medium metallic blue. I do have a US shipping address. Any help appreciated.
-
I'm pretty sure it predates the '58 kits, guessing it was issued in '56 or '57. No hard evidence and no copyright dates, though. Contents looks like this: The red sheet is a pre-cut acetate sheet with a lot of geometrical shapes. Unsurprisingly, the styling clay is rock hard..... A couple of different instructions are included.

David, great many thanks for the info. The body was cast/printed by Robert Burns AKA Too Many Projects. He produces intermittently 100s of mostly US cars 70s-80s, bodies, external trim and bucks for vacufoming only. This one was in a long list of rejects up for sale at the time. The only reason rejecting it was it was too narrow. There was another recject at the same that was too wide. Axle, springs, tow arrangement parts, taillights and rear bumper was included. He is on FB as Too Many Projects and it might be worthwile to reach out and ask, if this is something you could use? Claes
