  1. Nice job. Love the color, and I always wondered what it would look like with the kit custom pieces.
  2. It looks like he got the roofline better on this than the 60 Chevy. That is a beautiful sedan delivery. I might get me one of those.
  3. Nice coupe! All that work is really paying off. My dad had an overhead valve banger in a 30 coupe when he was younger. At 70mph he would break a piston skirt every time. He said it got to the point he could put a new piston in it in 30min on the side of the road. 🤣 I don't know that I would want to go 70 with mechanical brakes. 🤪
  4. Thanks for the Hart's Parts reminder. I needed a front and rear bumper for a body of mine.
  5. Over the years I have had way, way, WAY too many projects. Some "finished ", most just moved on from. Current projects, 1937 Buick special. Right now it's for sale. Do you know how big that thing is ? Way back burner is a 1966 Mustang, 1942 Ford GPW, 1963 GMC step side, and 1972 BMW Bavaria. Like I said, way too many....and don't get me started on the motorcycles in the garage....
  6. I will be following along as well. I plan on building one with the Indy pace car look.
  7. I am really glad you revived this thread. I bought a boat load of 1/8, 32/T kits/parts about a year ago. All are in various stages of destruction other than one untouched kit. A LOT of turned aluminum engine parts included. You are helping a LOT with ideas as well as construction. PLEASE finish this thing, and if you think you might need a part, check with me.
  8. I really like everything you have done, both to the Olds and the Malibu. The third generation Malibu is one of my favorite.
  9. She certainly gave me some ideas for when I build mine. Hopefully mine turns out as good as hers.
  10. Suhweeeeet !!! 🤤 🤤 🤤
  11. Nice collection, and a beautiful build I have all the Model A kits that my dad and I built when I was a kid. We also built the 32 Chevies, and Packards. I also have one of the Duesenburgs. Just bought a couple of the model T kits As well. I just stripped a Model A Victoria and am going to see if I can smooth out the two piece body. Message me and we can discuss Hubleys. I think I can come up with a few pics as well.
  12. Good thing I have a screen protector on my phone....'cause I'm drooling. What did you use for the boot, I'm going to build one of these myself. My sister has a real one.
  13. Very unique, and as others already said, love the six banger. You will have to ask Tim Boyd, but I remember an issue of S.A.E that showcased a few topless pickups. I might still have that issue laying around.
  14. Awesome work everyone!
  15. I have one of these in the stash. I like your color scheme, and the wheels. Oh, and if your going to throw it away...throw it my way. 🤣
  16. I have a few of these myself. Your doing great.
  17. My pizza should never be cold in that delivery vehicle. 🤪
  18. Nice job Al. The 46-8 was one of my dad's favorites. Yours is a nice clean daily driver by the looks of it, and that's what it's all about. I know there are a few that I wish I had kept as well.
  19. Talk about timing... I just returned home after working on a couple of my friend's cars. He just bought this custom '41 Packard. I haven't even had a chance to see if ANY '41 Packard was kitted in any way, shape, or form. This is a custom because Packard did not build a two door woody. This was built out of a two door sedan.
