  7. I have been using a Silver Sharpie for a few yrs now... use it to do my header's, and other engine details, chrome trim on the interior, etc... I like using them for a lot of different things...

  9. W O W djway... That is one incredible 'Cuda !!!! I'm not worthy enough to compete with that beautiful work of art !!
  10. Great job on this one !! I have always liked this kit and have built 4-5 of them and this body fits on the pro-stock chassis very well for more options. Just about done with this one... just have to add some details to the engine...

  13. Thanks for the imput guys !! I have been building 1/24 for over 25 yrs, so I know all about fit issues and flash... I will check out the other 1/16 builds of this car on this forum.. Thanks again
  14. The E-bay seller said that I would receive it around Jan 4th if I bought it for $35.00... don't know what it would cost in the LHS...
  15. Here is a pic of the 1/16th car that I want to get... Street Charger... Does anyone know if this is a new tooling or a re-issue of an older kit ?? Any insite would be welcomed...
  16. W O W !!!! I saw this when it was only two pages... now there are 23 pages of AMAZING cars !!! Here are a few of mine 55 Chevy Top Sportsman Chevelle Camaro's Cuda... now resting in "Smallville"
  17. Thanks for the info and Charlie, you have a good site there... I just might be getting ahold of you to spice up my model...
  18. I've always done 1/24-25th scale, but I saw on e-bay a 1/16th scale Charger with Black box art... It looks really nice... I was wondering what the major difference is between the two scales besides the size of the parts ?? Are there a lot of aftermarket items for this scale ?? Also, has anyone built one of these yet and are there any challenges with this kit ?? Any help, hints, etc... would be greatly appreciated...
  19. Hope I can still get in on this one... haven't touched my models for over a year (divorce), but now I have a new home with an office that is housing all of my models and I have plenty of room to work on them now Here's what I'm planning on doing... Gonna keep the stock hood and put the Hemi under it (hope it fits), change the tires and rims, and keep the interior stock... All I did 1 1/2 yrs ago was put some paint on the body, chassis, and interior... Just set the tires under the chassis to see how well they will look...
  20. I just saw this one last week for the first time and when I opened up my new Hot Rod mag and looked on the back page... low and behold, there was a car just like this (just not as nice as this one looks tho)... You did a great job on this one... I really like how this all turned out !!
  21. That is turning out quite nicely !! I remember Chip Foose doing something similar on Overhaulin' a few years back. I like the two real cars that you posted with the Black with Red or Charcoal colors on the body... I think you should go along that route with your paint job and make it a two tone... Maybe Black and Hemi-Orange ?? Keep up the great work on this one !!
  22. Lee Majors was the Fall Guy, 6 million dollar man, Captain Kirk of the Enterprise, etc.... He did drive a cool truck in the show with a hide-away side panel that he kept guns in
  23. Simply AMAZING work !! I really like the "Daytona" better than the "GTO" Vette, but I do like the hood on the "GTO" Vette better. I can't wait to see this one when it's finished... Keep up the good GREAT work !!
  24. Very Nice !! It looks like the doors and the trunk could open right now, or they would be very easy to open on your own.
