Monogram Boss 302 T/A #16
echo replied to vamach1's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
Nice Rex, it's good that you persevered, finding and creating many parts to make it more authentic. Looks great, now to build a T/A Camaro to go along side it on your shelf ! -
I like Baja Bugs and this one is probably the nicest model of one that I have seen yet. Your model and the workmanship on it is exceptional.

This is a beautifully done model, very realistic. Exceptional color and finish work. I'm glad this post was brought back to the top.

Two nice builds, I'm personally attracted to the Mustang Funny Car and the earlier era cars but both extremely well researched and thought out, great decal placement too !
-
Nicely done, so many dragster builds don't look very realistic. Yours does. A lot of nice details and body panel modifications to recreate the car.
-
The weathering adds a lot to the model, nice job.

Wow ! A beautiful build, a subtle black coupe, so much beautifully done details, the more one looks the more detailing one sees, this is an exceptional model. You should be very proud of all your excellent workmanship, a casual observer would think most of the features came in the kit. You took this ordinary kit and elevated it into a masterful replica. Great job all around.

This is a beautiful model as everyone said, everything works so well together, color, stance & wheel selection are all spot on. excellent workmanship. Stunning !

Aurora Chevy-Chaparral
echo replied to Brianl's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
Very nice, I would also like to see some early Chaparrals and some other early sports and road racing subjects become available as kits again. Aurora did a nice job on this kit with details especially for the era it was made. Very nice model. -
Growing up I remember seeing many of these types of cars run, you did a nice job on your models, they have the right look & stance. I hope to build a similar stye modified in the future and hope it comes out as well as yours.

These two cars represent a lot of work on your part. They came out very nice, a good representation of the actual cars, nice job all around. -

A beautiful representation of the actual car. It's a beautiful piece. Congratulations are in order for seeing the project through to completion. -
I'm impressed. Beautiful build of a difficult kit, one of the nicest examples of this model I have seen, the injectors & headers add a lot of realism to it. You should be proud of this build.

1966 FORD F-100 4x4

A very beautifully done model, you have a lot of patience & skills. Your horn ring adds to the realism of the interior. The real trucks never looked so good. It's quite a model ! -
I ordered the Baja Bug conversion kit and it was everything I could have asked for, great product and prompt service. Highly recommended. I avoided E-Bay and bought direct from the web site and will do so for my future purchases. A lot of interesting products coming out from Texas 3D.

1977 Ford Overlander Van
echo replied to Chirps's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
I like van models. I've seen a few real 4X4 vans and your model looks really nice, I'm sure the conversion to a 4X4 was a lot of work, it looks like it was made that way out of the box so the model is very successful, the Fireball tires look good too as does all of his stuff and add a so much to the van. Great work on your part. -
Not a fan of the color shifting paint but yours works for me. All around nice build, even if it's an out of the box build, your clean building style makes it one of the nicer builds of this kit. You should be proud of it.

Nice ! Detail on the dash is noteworthy, the model looks great, nice job on it.
