  1. Cheers Tom. Funny enough, the rear trailing arms rusted out and I had to get replacements from Mexico! It has won a couple of awards at shows. Thats the biggest problem over here, the weather and the huge amount of salt they chuck on the roads, Anything that isn't galvanised starts to crumble before your eyes....
  2. Have to be the Revell Unimog kit in 1/24th. You could do it emergency services, military, expedition, hundreds of different commercial, 4X4, 6X6 etc.....
  3. Thats taken one hell of a side swipe! Great idea for the damage, it looks spot on.
  4. This is my V Dub 411 Estate My Daily transport And my 2 wheeled machine
  5. This was the Voyager over this side of the pond. It did so badly in the 1996 NCAP safety ratings, that they gave it a 0 out of 5 ! Tony Blair, the prime minister at the time, had one for his family but it was sold immediately after the safety story hit the press.
  6. Detail is stunning. really nice
  7. Absolutely stunning. the level of detail and skill is amazing. Just like others, I thought that was a photo of your truck and was waiting to see the model!
  8. That is inspired! Sort of thing I'd like to see built as a real car.
  9. Great build. The vinyl roof and paintjob look spot on.
  10. Thanks guys. Hey sonny. I'm afraid i've never shown any of the models I've built in the past. I don't think any of them would have been of a high enough standard. The majority ended up in a parts bin, which I threw out a few years back, to make room in the garage for my supermoto. pretty gutting as there were thousands of bits, which now I'm interested again, would have been pretty useful Still I do quite a bit of rummaging at car boots and the like,so I'm sure a few things will turn up.
  11. Hi All. I'm Darren. I'm trying to get back into modelling after about 15 years out. My main hobbies are motorbikes and cars, but I have always had a soft spot for model cars and trucks, so the build I'm starting with is a post apocalyptic model of a Revell Krupp Titan 1/24th scale. It was browsing that subject on the net, that led me here I've made a start with detailing and painting the engine, now I'm just looking for inspiration on the rest. There are some incredibley talented people on here and I hope to pick a few brains. Cheers Daz.
