Excellent work. I would also like to be informed when these are available. I will pay up front if that helps.
  2. 65 Impala SS 396 updated

fantastic work. Did you modify the alternator. or is that after market?
  3. 1/8 camaro build

Bill I recall you saying you have a 1/1 69 Camaro. I would like to see some pics of that if possible. If your HAND BUILT scale model is this impressive,I can only imagine how nice your real car would be.
  4. SMH question

Just bought the 1968 Coronet R/T last week. Fast shipping and great service. Good deal for the cost. Not quite as crisp or as clean as say, something from Missing link. But I will purchase more from them.

I dont like lowered big wheeled cars. But this is an exception. Love it.
  8. Scenes Unlimited sells the whole line of So Real tires redone in much softer Rubber. He also remastered the old Ground Hog, putting the lettering on both sides so they are in the correct direction. Something to check out then...
  9. Dan at Scenes unlimited has them cast in Rubber, plus many more truck tires.
  10. 63 Fairlane Restored Promo

That turned out beautiful. Would like to see some of your other built models.

  12. 1957 Suburban 4x4 Maisto

Very nice . Which one did that one start out as? Was that trim on the front fender?
  13. 1957 Suburban 4x4 Maisto

Thanks for the comments. Have recently been noticing the some of the different bodies availible in 1/24 from some of these cheaper brands. They have a lot of potential.
  14. This started out s a 2wd Maisto 57 Suburban. I swapped it onto a M2 1959 GMC 4x4 chassis. Tires, wheels and rear trailer hitch from Scenes unlimited.Semi detailed the interior. I also stripped the chrome going for the base stripper look.
  15. 1959 GMC 4x4 Pickup

A lot of grinding in the front of the suburban and the frame.. The chassis length is right, you just have to make it fit. It was a messy swap (dremel) on the diecast. I cut the inner fender wells of the maisto chassis to fill the big gap in the rear. But it was worth all the effort. It is mostly done now.
