About me...hmmmmm. Well I'm into my 50's now. Started modeling as a kid in the mid 70's. It didn't take long and I was scratch building mid-engine dune buggies out of the provided tree's in the kits. Got away from the hobby in my mid 20's to mid 40's and picked it up again as an affordable hobby while my wife's cancer financially destroyed me in 2008-2011. I'm now remarried and back on my feet again financially and mostly building 1:1 cars now but still have the passion for scale modeling. Watching the half dozen or so top shelf guys out there really has inspired me to try harder than ever before. I have great intentions but don't always come through with my dreams of any given project so now I'm involving others in my projects and 'team build' I guess you could call it.  Surrounding my bench is about 50 projects started.....yes 50. I've recently put 45 away out of sight as I just can't go in and sit down and even begin to concentrate. On the bench right now is a 1/8 scale TDR 3D printed Nova promod body waiting for a brass chassis to be built.
