Thanks Scott. ... this thing’s evolving on its own. The gran touring cars of the era had huge exhaust systems for some reason (I imagine running through villages got complaints) and I’m thinkin’ ole Henry woulda approved anyway. So I thought a v8 using both sides of the car would make a statement. I imagined a side exhaust exiting just in front of the rear wheels. But once I stuck it on, I thought it looked too long for the car and shortened it up to in front of the front fenders. What do ya think? I’m not sure ...

Hey thanks Bruce. Shortly after posting I played around and suddenly remembered I built the manifold with nuts made from tube stock inside the block on each exhaust so that I could swivel them to accommodate any angle ... I wish I took pics I really want the side exhausts to complement those giant heads stickin out of the car. Those Alpha guys woulda wet their pants at that scene ... it won’t be easy though

I really want to have the exhaust go out the side, but it’s gonna be tight ...
