  1. Hi there. I am brand new to airbrushing and got a chance to use it for a few hours last weekend. It is a dual action Iwata Revolution HP-CR. When spraying do you always press all the way down on the air and then use the pulling back motion to control the paint flow? Or are there times where you are only slightly pressing down for air while pulling back? I am still trying to get a feel for thinning the paint too. If you are using thinner paint do you want a lower PSI? If I remember correctly I was around 22-23 PSI.
  2. Looks like a really cool project. Looking forward to the updates.
  3. Cool looking project. Is the service body a scratch build? Where did you find things like the crane, welder and air tank?
  4. Greetings all. I have been lurking for a while and admiring some amazing stuff. I am going to be attempting my first build and I have some questions on painting. Do you just brush paint the small pieces during assembly? Do I have to prime the pieces first? Or do most people just typically prime the body only? I would love to get an air brush down the road but for now it will most likely be a rattle can when it comes time to paint the body. I want to get a few builds under my belt before investing to heavily in the hobby.
  5. Looks really nice. Would also love to see a few detail pics of the engine.
  6. Very nice. I love the color. What is it called?
  7. Wow. The level of detail is amazing. I am just starting to adventure into world of model building with my first model. Could only dream of this level of detail. How long have you been building?
