Incredible!    Totally incredible!      Amazing detail, I've seen detail before, but never to this degree.

    HMCA Show Cancelled
The HMCA Swap meet and Model Contest in Indianapolis scheduled for May 7th 2016 has been CANCELLED due to loss of the venue. We are working on finding a new location for 2017, so we will be back the 1st Saturday of May 2017. We're sorry if this has inconvenienced anyone and we hope you all come back next year.

Awesome build Mike. The work on the bed turned out great and that blue and silver paint is super nice and so shiney!
    Pretty Cool.

Welcome to the Forum Robert. I hope you get a lot of enjoyment looking around in here and hopefully find some tips to help you out.
Have you seen the '90 Mustang Coupe kit, it's an awesome kit.

Hi Sam, Welcome to the forum.  So what part of Indiana are you from?

Sorry, I don't have a picture. but as my memory recalls, your model is darn close.

Super cool.  Excellent build. Brings back lots of memories. This is very close to my first car. Same color, same black vinyl roof, same wheel covers. The difference is mine had a blue bench seat interior and it had a hood ornament that had 383 Commando written on it.
Man I should have kept that car!
    Thanks for sharing your pictures.

I haven't seen one but I have a friend in my model club that is building one.    He says it's not a very good kit.    A lot of the parts don't fit right so a lot of modification is necessary to make things like the headlight covers fit.    He says it's not a kit for beginners, but an experienced modeler could make it a decent kit.
    Just his point of view.

Cool truck Dan.   Love the black orange contrast.  Great build.

Thank you Steve. I looked at just about every other site out there and they all were out of stock. I never even checked directly with the Model car Garage.
    I appreciate your help.
    Roy.

    Colby,
I bought a '55 Pontiac from Okey several years ago. I bought a resin interior with it but didn't use it. I used the interior from the '62 Pontiac, custom version, with the button tuffed seats and door panels. I never used the resin interior because it was pretty jacked up. I didn't feel like taking the time to "fix" it.  I still have that interior around here somewhere. I'll look for it tomorrow, it's too late tonight. I'll let you know if/when I find it.

    Buick GS Grill
I would like t convert my '70 GSX into a regular Gran Sport.   Does anyone know of any resin caster that makes a GS grill to replace the GSX grill in the Monogram kit? How about photo etched emblems?
Any help would be appreciated.  Roy
