  1. Just bumping this to the top to see if any of you local guys are interested. If not, I'll try my local LHS or Kijiji. Thanks again.
  2. Due to time and space restraints I'm looking to sell my model collection. The reason I'm offering it to members from the Maritimes is that I don't care to get into parting it out or dealing with shipping it anywhere. The collection consists of 54 unbuilt kits, 40-50 built kits, styrene supplies and paints. I would really like to sell it as a whole to someone who is close enough to come and see it and take it away. I'd also like to see a fellow modeler end up with it rather than someone who would re-sell it at a profit. I have what I think is a very fair price in mind, but I am also open to fair offers. If this interests you, shoot me a PM and I will respond with all the particulars. Thanks and have a nice day.
  3. Great work as usual,Chuck. Nice photography too.
  4. Ooooooh! Can't wait to see what becomes of this. You're one of my favorite builders on this board. It never ceases to amaze me what you're able to conjure up from a pile of miscellanous parts. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work.
  5. Now, I don't care how ya' slice it,that's funny. Your creativity and imagination are second to none.Great building and great story.I always enjoy seeing what's next from your bench. Thanks
  6. Hi Mark. Welcome to the forum. I'm in Beaverbank, just outside the city by a wee bit. Nice to have another fellow Nova Scotian aboard.
  7. I'm from Beaverbank, Nova Scotia, which is about a 30 minute drive from our capitol city of Halifax.
  8. Harry, that Camaro is dead on right down to the color. Any thoughts on an interior? Oh yea,Can I have one? Can I? Can I? Huh?
  9. After each visit here, I click on "Mark all posts as read". The next time I log in, only those sections containing posts that have been made since my last visit will "light up". Works great for me.
  10. Les, I don't know why you would hesitate to post your work. Incredible craftmanship and attention to detail. The headache rack is awesome! Keep 'em comin'.
  11. James, For your first truck build, it looks like you're off to a great start. Keep us posted.
  12. Well, I guess I'll chime in today since it is now officially your birthday. Happy birthday to a great trader and an all around great guy. Here's hopin' you see many more.
  13. Darrin, I'm glad to see you back. We've all missed seeing your builds and reading your opinions. I myself have been fighting cancer since '03 and had a stem cell transplant in '06. The transplant carries a 50/50 chance that I will never have to deal with the disease again, and after 2 1/2 years, I am so-far cancer free. They are making some incredible advancements in treatments these days. Cancer is no longer the death sentence it used to be. Keep up the good fight and it's great to see you back.
