  1. Picked up this Raptor for a quick easy build. Just building on it here and there in my free time took a little over a weak. It's not perfect but it was easy fun, the model fitment was pretty good except I had a hard time getting the windows to snap in. I might go back and strip the rims and paint them a satin black but haven't decided yet. http://i.imgur.com/BNmgiQ6.jpg
  2. Bummer you had the same problem. I just ended up returning the 2nd kit and will either wait a while to pick up a kit or try a different store. Just arent any other options in my town so it might be a while till I get somewhere
  3. Could be right, I tried to see if I could slightly bend the body back a little straighter on the replacement and it only moved slightly before the polystyrene cracked. It wasnt like the usual break either it was like a saltine. Just sucks because trucks are kind of my thing and the only people putting out trucks right now is revell. First time I have ever had a problem like this
  4. I contacted them, they told me to make a replacement parts request. I did and got an even worse body.
  5. Picked one of these up as soon as I could find it on the HL shelf. I get home excited to check out the kit, pull off the lid only to find an extremely warped body. I figured the body was warped Im sure other things are, all I could find by looking was a rear seat back that was also warped. Figured no big deal I can order replacement parts. So I order the replacement parts and a few days later get an email requesting a receipt because of the nature of the parts. BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH look around cant find the receipt. Next day I find the receipt and figure I might as well just return the model for a replacement instead of order parts from revell. I take the kit back to HL and they give me a refund no problem, I head back and pick up a new kit off the shelf. I get home and wouldn't you know it body just as warped as the first one, bummer. I set the kit aside until I can get time to head back to HL for another return. Couple days later I get some parts from Revell in the mail. Open that package and I was greeted with another warped worthless body. I was really looking forward to building this kit but I am to the point I dont even want to try another kit. First set of pictures are the first kit Second Kit Replacement parts
  6. Finally found the ramcharger in stock at hobby lobby. Get home and open it up to discover an extremely warped body
  7. I picked some up at walmart. It is kind of gel like has a 30 minute set time. I would try it on some scrap to see if it will work for your purpose as Im not sure what your clear plastics are made of. http://www.loctiteproducts.com/tds/GO2_GLUE_tds.pdf
  8. They did the same in my store. Unfortunately it looks like they are cutting down on car and trucks and adding more tanks and boats. So they are clearing out the older kits
  9. I use the Loctite G02 glue and have never had any windows fog up. you could try it
  10. It will be a new one getting released in march so none of ebay yet
  11. Looking around to buy some up coming model king kits and the only place I can find them is on modelroundup. Is there anywhere else?
