I've loved building model cars since childhood! I'm wanting to get better at it and I need all the advise I can get. I'm currently taking a course in machining at a community college. My interest in learning to scratch build parts for my models has always eluded me because my lack of knowledge in measurement, process, and procedure. I'm dedicated now in my life to learn, because I've found out what I have a passion for, and it's building model cars. I also have lots of respect for the people who are involved in helping others, and the bond we have together as builders! I'm new to social media and the internet, but I am dig-gin it since I've got back into the hobby this past year. I use to be in a local model club years ago, but where I live now there is only one hobby shop," Hobby-Town-USA", and I haven't met but one other builder, Nick who works there, he's awesome though. He's more into military, planes, tanks, etc. Anyway, I hope I am in the right place, and if I need to start off some where else first, please direct there?
