  1. that makes my hands hurt just thinkin about it, but totally worth it. Great job Scott I like it
  2. nice progress Kurt. Im sure you will like J&J they added on since I worked there in 01 and moved the trailer plant from the southside of somerset out to the main plant on 985/601. its gettin cold.....I had frost on my windshield this morning
  3. Matt, you've done and excellent job and Im lookin forward to the coming month when I plan out other projects, you'll be hearing from me I just wish I could have painted them before it got cold out. planning a nice 2 tone for the flat top and we are done working for the season so I have till March to get everything but the bodies done then I can paint them.
  4. I agree Tim, I ordered a few items from him 2 months ago, 379 hood, 63" flat top, a daycab panel and 2 magna roofs, all were clean with minimal cleanup. Im very impressed
  5. Kurt I think it looks awesome the way it is, so if you do go down the dirty grimy road with it make sure you send NESL photos of that Im sure they will be jealous of the only truck with their name on it to ever be that clean. I think it would look great either weathered or clean like it is, very impressive as usual
  6. wonderful hopefully paypal gives me my money back i dont have time for a road trip
  7. we actually had one roll off about a month ago....35000# killed 3, 17yr old girl and 2 boys under 13, all 3 kids were the children of the police chief in the town that it happened in, she ran a red light but it was too late
  8. Looks great Scott. Id rather run it suicide than shotgun myself. small cribbing made from balsa or something light would work fine and im sure making small bends in small metal strip to make 2 coil racks wouldnt be too bad. Danmodeltruckworld.com has the snap binders I just ordered a few, not quite sure if anyone makes ratchet binders that small. ah heck with it throw 6 chains 3 front 3 rear lol
  9. Scott, there is a 387 conversion from DeElegant Model Truck, its a bit pricy though last I checked it was $130. Might be a worthy investment and quality shouldnt be a problem seeing as they do high dollar stuff for drivers. I think he also had a Columbia and Coranado kit as well. I had the website on a post with my last post name but in the process of being out on the road for 3 weeks I forgot the password and brought in a new name. I will check and see if I can find it somewhere
  10. Has anyone seen or heard of any company offering an American Lafrance raised roof cab for the new Trumpeter Eagle?
  11. I'd like to see the 378 kit make a comback. I'd also like them to bring back the 1/16th scale Pete.........Im sick of shelling out boocoo bucks on ebay
