  1. Wow, amazing attention to detail and even better execution! Love that body color and the wheels!
  2. Awesome build, the realism is outstanding. The duct tape on the headlights looks perfect? Do you know what Scott used for this?
  3. Got the interior finished up and the body painted with Tamiya TS-26 Pure White. Added some wires to the dash for extra detail. Thanks for looking in!
  4. Great looking car, looks like you’re off to a nice start
  5. Incredible build Dann. Looks stunning
  6. Lookin great so far. That livery looks awesome, always liked the Benson & Hedges Jordan F-1 liveries. This kit is really fun to build! Stance comes out perfect w/o any modification, perfect camber angle
  7. Should be fun following, keep it coming!
  8. Perfect guys thanks for the pics.
  9. Thanks Gary. Where did you manage to get those 18mm no. 66 decals?
  10. Here you go. The passenger side is longer than the driver side
  11. Awesome, thanks for the tip! The kit provided number roundel decals are quite small (car itself is tiny also). Hope I can find some no. 66 decals in the same size!
  12. Great job, love that color. Aoshima’s recent kits are very good but still not up to Tamiya-quality parts fit level imo. I found a lot of similar fit issues with their Aventador kit
  13. Battery was included but I can’t really figure out where it’s supposed to go. Any ideas??
  14. I think these kits are long oop, I picked this one up on epay a while back. It would be great to see a nice injection kit of this great car
  15. Hi all, While I waited for my next kit to arrive in the mail I thought I'd get started on this Aardvark Maserati Tipo 61 in the meantime. This version of Andy's great kit is for Jim Hall's no. 66 white car or the red Shelby car. I'll be doing the Jim Hall car. The kit looks great and it's quite simple. Basically what you see below is everything included in the kit minus the vac formed windshield. Got everything prepped primed and also made the photo etch/white metal wire wheels. The resin body quality is really good, just a few places to patch up with putty and deepen the panel lines. Keeping my fingers crossed that the decals hold up... Thanks for looking in!
  16. Great looking build! The opened trunk looks very nice
