  1. Thanks, makes me want to go back down and work on it
  2. Been really busy but I got a little done, started to wire the motor, Had to do the correct firing order.. Then started on the front shock mounts, used some channel Evergreen.. Needed to notch the inner fenders after that..Kinda seems meant to be..now chopping up the exhaust from a couple "Firestones" kits to make dual exhaust..
  3. Worked on it a little started making an exhaust, then started looking at the half done 15+ year old paint and decided to freshen it up. First paint I have done in many years, the Tamiya rattle cans seem to flow pretty well. Laid on some white primer on the whole thing, sanded mold lines and stuff out, then re primed and put on a little red.
  4. The roofline on this one looks great, is this a resin body?
  5. There used to be an old race truck based on this kit?
  6. I want to do most of the roadkill cars as well, some maybe a couple times as they evolve.
  7. Decided to use the 460 from the stones as well, decided to make the transfer case a mated one instead of divorced, ended up removing all the crossmembers and making my own.
  8. Picked up a AMT "Super Stones" kit to use for parts, put the front axle onto the 53 leafs, and used the lift springs and rear axle from the stones kit as well..
  9. Old "Diamond in the rough kit that was half built, decided to do a 4x4 conversion after I saw some wheels from Scenes Unlimited.
  10. I bought the 07 wheelbacks, do you have some to fit these tires that are 1/8-3/16 shorter? they stick out a bit on the rear..
  11. Ordered some, hope they fit well on the AMT firestone truck wheelbacks/axles, gonna put them under a Mobius kit I think.
  12. So no one does resin bedsides for this with a normal wheelbase?
  13. Picked up a new lift on Ebay, nice little unit, same guy that made the 4 post. Got a little metal shaping gimmick too.
  14. Fixed up my "Storage areas" for cars that aren't ready to get into the "Shop" yet. Got a 1/24 shelf and a 1/25 shelf. I cant put flooring on the glass shelf or it will be too dark in the shop.
