  1. I heard of a way to straiten warped bodies: secure the body in the sun so that the body will take a 'new set'. What do you think of that, anyone?
  2. Now I know where my 1/24 resin RR Merlin V12, WW2, engine came from. Alan Raab apparently made copies of this engine. At one time I think he had available the Packard WW2 Merlin. Where did that one come from?? Interesting post.
  3. That would be sooper, Michelle!! I will send you a PM. Thank you so much in advance.
  4. I guess the title says it all. Maybe 'glass' from another Mopar kit will do. Thanks.
  5. I'm interested in the IMSA Mustang.
  6. I have the "Grumpy's" '66 Nova kit, and the '66 Ford Galaxie 7-Litre kit.
  7. This would be a 1/25 scale styrene item. Don't need the hood or anything else. Thanks
  8. Thanks, Ace. That's a great picture of the RR Merlin.
  9. What do you use for plug wire? There is race-car wire, and then there is thick race car wire. I don't want pre wired distributors. I am making magnetos for a RR WW2 era V12 Merlin engine. I sourced this from Alan Raab a long time ago. I have the kit Bugatti T-41 Royale Coupe Napoleon and intend to replace the kit-engine with this Merlin engine. He also at one time offered the Packard V12 Merlin WW2 engine. The RR Merlin is in 1/24 scale. I don't know what kit the Merlin came out of. 'Preciate it.
  10. Need just the body and the front chrome. Thanks
  11. you can close this thread.
  12. I have some spare scale alternators. Also, maybe the fan belt assembly. Let me know.
  13. 1/25 scale, right? I might have it. I'll look.
  14. Thank you so much! I just ordered some decals (for less than $11.00; from the Netherlands). You did me a solid!
  15. Hi. Yes, I ruined the nose decal for the Tamiya Countach, 1/24. Thanks
  16. Ed Fluck has some nice wheels.
  17. Thanks for the response. I will get back to you.
