  1. Hi ! Thank you for the kind words. I forgot to mention, yes, it's 1/25th.
  2. Hi everone, Here's my new built. This is Robert Burns's "Too Many Project" 3d resin kit. Finished in Lucerne Green Metallic. This is a wonderful alternative to the long gone version by Modelhaus. The Revell's '49 Mercury helped for the interior and the hubcaps. Always tough to build but fun is priceless.
  3. Hi Steve, yes, got that '47 from his facebook page. I bought the 49 also, beautiful proportions overall, should have complete that one mid February.
  4. Hi Steve This Cadillac is on his list since early 2023 approx, as well as a 1949 Club Coupe Sedanette. So it's not a one off. Robert is doing special orders and creations if someone ask for at least 10 units. It's the minimum for him to assure production and profitability. Although there is some Cadillac models I'd really love to see and think as potential winners, ( such as Eldorado Broughams '57-'58 ) pre-ordering 10 is way too much for me, money wise... No Lincoln Zephyr for now, unfortunately, but he takes all suggestions.
  5. Hello ! Here's my latest built. This is the Robert Burns's 1/25 kit (Too Many Projects) Cadillac 1947 Club Coupe. I have painted her in Lotus Cream, a color on the paint chart that year. I've used the Revell's 1949 Oldsmobile kit for donor parts, such as a base for the interior that I have converted to fit. Tires are late Modelhaus's ones. Robert has nailed the overall proportions on this incredible kit, hard but so fun to build, but she comes without the rear arch wheel skirt so it had to be created for more accuracy. Flying goddess emblem comes from 3d Scale online boutique. Never made before in that scale, this Cadillac is a great addition in any Cadillac collection. Thanks for watching.
  6. Hi Mike ! Thanks for your very kind words. I had no idea my blue Eldorado was a source of inspiration for your own version. You went full on with the details, with correct front seats ( I was lazy ), and the door locks ! wow !. For the rear grilles on mine, I simply copied and scale printed real ones from pictures. At that scale, it works very well IMO. Again, congrats for that beauty. Hope she had amazing feedbacks from the model car club members.
  7. Wow ! What a beauty !!!. And I am so happy to finally see someone else than me doing this specific Eldorado. You did a wonderful job, the letters for the fenders are amazing too. Congrats and thanks for sharing.
  8. No, I don't know how to do. A friend of mine was super nice to print them for me.
  9. Hi Tim ! Thank you very much. I would love to see your 1971 Coupe DeVille once finished. Please share your beauty here with us.
  10. Salut Claude ! Merci beaucoup. Un kit pas évident à monter mais qui je pense à une certaine classe une fois terminé.
  11. Hello !. Finally completed except a few refinements to bring here and there is my 1971 Fleetwood, by Robert Burns's Too Many Projects resin kits. I wanted a rare but accurate color for her, so I went with this 1971's Primrose Firemist. As all Robert's kits come incomplete, the seats and hubcaps have been printed while the interior, dash, door panels and the chassis are scratchbuilt. A bit of body modifications were necessary since the kit is having a few proportions inaccuracies but overall this is again a fantastic model, and totally unique in that scale. ( not including TKM's old kits ). Hope you'll like her. Thanks for watching.
  12. Hi Michael. Thanks!. I have scratch built parts for the interior myself. I've made a resin copy of a 1976 Eldorado dash from JoHan since they were all the same these years, and created door panels with styrene sheets. Seats have been 3d printed by a friend. And the chassis is also from a JoHan Cadillac. Lots of modification to feet the wheelbase to the Fleetwood one though. I wish his kits to be more complete but I won't complaint since nobody ever did this Cadillac before, especially with such great proportions overall.
  13. I find that very very disappointing ! That's so close to the surf and the Ghostbuster's Miller Meteor versions it's not attractive at all. Plus there's a serious body issue with the rear skirt, with also a weird and inaccurate horizontal dent, or curve, at the bottom of the rear fender. Seriously, the base was here for AMT to be a bit more creative with a Eureka or a Superior version. Bringing something a bit different and classy for once, with larger white walls than these, and a real body refresh. Looks like it won't happen...

Absolutely fantastic !. Gorgeous colors. You also corrected and painted the chromed sides of the headlights, great details and accuracy.
  15. Hi , thank you very much. Windows are completely closed. It's the shadow of the roof frame on the clear plastic sheet. I noticed now that they look open . Gives me also ideas for next model.
  16. Hi Jonathan ! Thank you very much. I am glad my model brings you back to warmth places.
  17. Hi!. Thank you!. Front crest is a photo etched metal part, bought on Ebay a couple of years ago. Trunk one is a water decal, also bought on ebay.
  18. Hi ! Here's my latest built. This is the Robert Burns's 1976 Fleetwood resin kit. I've painted her in Georgian Silver metallic with a dark blue scratchbuilt interior. A friend 3d printed for me the correct hubcaps for the year. I still have a few details to add such as a passenger mirror and some scripts on the body and roof but overall, she's done. Hope you'll like it.
  19. Hi ! Long time I've posted a Cadillac on the forum. Here is the Robert Burns's TMP 1971 Cadillac kit finally done. These kits don't come complete so it takes a long time to fully assemble one, with scratch built parts and donors. I have dressed her up with an accurate 1971 Adriatic Turqouise Metallic. A friend of mine printed the correct hubcaps and seats. I have created the interior door panels and molded-converted a 1971 JoHan Dash. Chassis is from JoHan's Caddy but also required lots of work to fit with the body. Robert's kits are a dream come true for unprecedented models in that scale. Cadillac lovers, they are far from easy to built but don't let them go....
  20. Very beautiful Cadillac, great work here!.
  21. Hi Jay !. You can follow Robert Burns ( too many projects ) from his facebook's page. It's simply called "Too many projects". Regularely he is posting models available with a list to choose and order from. That list is really impressive, with hundreds of never produced resin kits. Remember the kits are 3d printed, and incomplete. You need donors to finish them. And you can choose the resin quality. Brown resin is high end, with moderate sanding. White is lower quality with more prep.
  22. Thanks Ian for the kind words and sharing your story. You've been a lucky man driving a real one !
  23. Thank you all very much !
