  1. My take on the Foose FD-100. Lots of firsts for me on this build. 3D printed fast EFI, resin MSD distributor and electric water pump. I cut the EOD4 off a 99 lightning engine. Hand built headers and collectors (soldier, aluminum tubing, and heat shrink) aluminum driveshaft. Really loved building this truck, and can't wait to finish it
  2. I'll have to watch the reruns. Thank you
  3. Thank you Rex. I made that decal with MSPaint, resized it until it was close ti the right size, then printed it on clear tape. I need to find some thinner tape ha ha
  4. Project that got stalled. 70 BOSS 429 OUTLAW. I want the engine to look like the heart of a beast, so I plan on all the wires and hoses to be blue, like veins
  5. Thank you. Good eye. I was trimming the inner fender on the right side with my dremel, and the neck of the tool was hitting that spot without me noticing
  6. Thank you all. This color is an engine color called ZHT burnt orange I found at autozone. It's a flat color, but holy cow, it takes on a shine when you clear it
  7. I appreciate that David. My favorite years also
  8. Thank you. I hope I still have that cool stance once the chassis is assembled
  9. Tinted the glass, first time I've ever successfully pulled this off. I found the trick is to use Tamiya and NOT modelmasters... Also had to make some custom tubs for the huge rear tires
  10. Got the color laid on. One of my favorites, it's Duplicolor Ford mineral grey.
  11. Found some nice fat tires in my stash, thought they'd look awesome on this build. had to cut the sidewalls out to fit the rims, and steal chrome rings from another set of wheels to give them a nice off-set. Also decided I'll be using the interior from a 2013 BOSS 302 that I bought just for the coyote engine when Hobby Lobby had them on clearance.
  12. I was very happy with how the supercharger fit perfectly in the hole for the BOSS 9 air filter!
  13. Started this project a while back. The kit is a 70 BOSS 429, but i'll be using the engine and wheels from a 2008 gt500kr, hence the BOSS 329 (5.4 liter). I bought a glue-bomb gt500kr, and I'll be using the parts from that
  14. WOW! Just WOW! wonderful build. I'm saddened the kit engine is so lacking in detail. I'd buy the kit just for the engine for some pro-touring builds.
  15. Used to love watching these races back in the day. Looking great. I need to build one of these
  16. Nice! Love that spoon trick, definitely going to try that
  17. My 48 Ford. 17" and 19" pegasus T's. 3D printed flathead with Arden heads, and Scott blower. I used the suspension from the Lindbergh 38 custom ford van. One of the more enjoyable builds I've done.
  18. Thank you Dakota (and everybody else), the wheels are from Steve Zimmerman. You can find him on Facebook. he makes amazing wheels.
  19. Thank you. I used stretchy necklace cord from Michael's. 1mm for the boots and .5mm for the wire. I use creative gluing and painting to connect them
