Hello, news from Bugs Beach ! Since i have finished my AVUS Project, i need something to relax. So i paint and Weathered the BullyChassis and Interior. The Chassis became a Glossy Black Primer from Green Stuff World, Oversprayed roughly with Createx "Iron Oxide Transparent", then different AK Washings and some cheap pastel Chalks. The Floor , real Wood, is colorod like my Old West Houses, with Oil Pencils and AK Dark Wash. Seats Painted with Vallejo and very thinned Oil Wash. The Cabinets becom a thinned Layer of Yellow Ocre and Umbra Oil, then a more transparent painting with verythinned Grey Acryl. Overnight i leave it to dry, then i sand and scrab this down to the bare Wood and give it a wash with Oil. This achieve the sometimes modern vitage & Shabby Look The Countetops painted with Oilcolors Dark Brown and umbra. Then get a2 layers of Semigloss Vallejo Clear. i added fake Doorhinges on the Countetop. made with small Brasstube and Pins. ready for inspection......

Thank you Pierre ! Well the bricks are very nice and easy to work with Real Stone mate for the Model Railroaders. makes it a lot easier. Only to choose the right Size was a bit of a challenge. But the manufacturer was so kind and send me different Probes.

Hello, finally here we go again. I have an original photo and posters stuck on the back, so you know what this is about. First test with the unpainted carbodies, looks good.... I cobbled together or re-carved some, at that time only for specially invited viewers and photographers, from various prizes and 3D prints from Speira Miniatures. With this photographer from Speira, I changed the position of the arms, tilted his head, tried to hide the Comic-like, satanic grin with a little spatula, sanding and a cigarette.... The reclining photographers, by the way based on an original photo, they were really lying there on the parapet!, made up of Preiser, Speira and leftover parts. These two gentlemen are reminiscent of the race directors Alfred Neubauer, Mercedes-Benz, and Ferdinand Porsche, Autouninon. Yes, historically completely wrong.......the gentlemen didn't leave the pits. I made appropriate hats out of the funny tubes. Neubauer was given a stopwatch. and now finally paint the Cars......

Hello everyone, after I was unexpectedly invited to a club friend's 50th party and I didn't know what to bring, I came up with the crazy idea of creating a scene from her vacation. So the more than arduous search for a MB T1 bus began. Nothing to be found, a rather rough toy was found at Toms in Holland and the drama began. Here's the original vehicle The children's toy, in a rough scale of 1/43 Disassembled, new roof, new interior with Kapaline panels, roof ribs and embossing added, doors "pimped up" with paneling and handles. The completely detailed dashboard with decals from the grab box and a bit of detailed paint Luggage space or storage space under the lounger is filled with items from the grab box. Blankets made of tissue paper and cushions made of pieces of tissue, newspapers scanned and printed out, too small for my (actually good) printer to be able to read Dogs from idontknowwhereigotthem modified with Greenstuff spatula to resemble the real ones a little. 2 reasonably matching 3D Duck figures were also found, and the armchair and lounger were made from leftover car seats. Supplemented, yes, wrong scale, with bottles and glasses Styrofoam board fitted into a picture frame, first test to see if everything fits together and what it looks like with LED light, background photo put together from 2 internet finds and printed on acrylic. Processed with AK Beachsand, painted wet in wet with various light brown color mixtures first layer of AK resin tinted with acrylic paint... ........the second, lighter layer......... ......and the final, 3rd, almost completely colorless layer. The end product, with small waves and a bit of "vegetables", doesn't look bad at all, in any case the celebrator had a lot of fun with it Greetings from Vienna 😉

Yesterday I was able to apply the joint compound and paint the 2 white lines with oil colored pencils.I think it looks mostly like the real one 😉 A little bit Weathering and its finished. The Tamiya Tape on the Autounion is a Help to get the Holes in the Fenders right.

Yesterday it was plain white Kapaline, today all Bricks are glued on........now i understand what what the workers did in 1936/37, and they didn't have the brick mats from CH Creative ( https://shop1.ch-kreativ.eu/de/ ), a little bit of joint compound and it's good.

After the Xmas Days, i cut down the Sink, the Cuts would be Re-chromed with Green Stoff World Brush Chrome andi try to place "Lara Croft" in her newe Work Space 😉

Hi, i searched all the Pages such als Cults, cgtrader and so on, but the Pirellis of this Years have a very unique Profile, called Diamondshape. Didn't found something that looks near the real ones.

Etsy had deliverd the Sink, its real and heavy Metal, but a bit to long. Must modify it,no big Challenge. First girl on a Vespa comes also. a very nice Sculp and clean print.

Hello Mates, after a few Months , there is light on the End of the Tunnel.....a friend of mine has Converted the STL for the 1/12 bentley to fit the Bugattirims. Looks fine so far, a little Sanding and Whoaaa..... I think i use the same for the Mercedes, a bit taller , now iam searching for a File for the Pirellis on the Alfa. If sombody can help ? I have the T1 Westphalia Camper, only for the Windows , the Interior is worthless. Rude and no good details. As example the Sink is very shallow, so Iam waiting for a real Metalsink from Etsy. This will be a bit to big, hope i can modifiy it for my needs. Made a little Progress, a small Board to serve the Coffee, and a drawer for Spoons or something. Now i tried to build a Espresso machine from Scratch. there are several 3D Files, but i havent a Printer and all of them are not what i want. So i will glue some Plasticart togehther, eventually a LED for Lighting. Thats how it looks so far. Regards Harry

Well at first the mentioned Book is since it was first published, about 2 or Years ago ? in my Bookshelf. And it is one of the Main Reasons tothis Diorama. And a Friend give the Revellkit to me as a Gift....so the Desaster began.....😄 The Blocked Accsess is a direct copy from Doozy s One, if you look close to his Version, then you can see some Doorhinges on the Plates. He make this also in his "Clutch Magazine" Diorama. That i made also, some Restaurants here in Vienna have such "Doorways" that is how it should work in real Funny fact Nobody realize that on Dozzys Work, also that the Back Doors cannot be close because the Shelfs on the Doors collide with the Shelf inside 😉 But as i write in my Opening Posting, that is a Funproject without Rivet Counting, no monthlong Research and so on. Use your fantasy , as a Example the Shelfs could be removable, in a guest garden of a Cafe, someone must put away the Munucards, Tables and so on. Regards from old Vienna 👋

Hello mates, after a long vacation from Bergamao, Model Exhibition, to Mulhouse and Eindhoven Scale Model Challenge, iam back on it.....and made a mess of the Carbodies....Paint 'em, see every Scratch, every small imperfection. i tried , as so often, to remove the Paint with Alcohol.....and the Resin reacted, get very soft and weak. So i get 2 new ones :shock: and the new Bodies, on the MB the Cockpit is a bit out of Shape, i would build it new out of Alufoil or such

The Mercedes Tower stand on the curve exit, where the Curve is going flat. nd again to much work for Things that nobody ever see.....Figures and some Decals for the Dashboards, also the Alumium turned Brakedrums from the kits are nearly invisible.........the Exhaustclusters for the Auto Union build new with Brasstube, 1mm "Fat"....🫣 #avus1937 Bernd Rosemeyer on the Wheel of the Auto Union and Herrmann Lang in his W25 😉 Bodies on thr Chassis and noby see the Details of the Cockpits..... This is the Kitpart for the Auto Union Exhaustclusters , no Chance to drill 'em out so i build 'em new with Brasstube....

Hello, get Plan for the Base finished. After a Week of Filling an Sanding , i use somr Plasticard . And after drilling and filing the Holes out, sand it again flush with the Auto Union Body . Then the first Paint, Alclad Aluminium Dark, for the Insides and Cockpits. #avus1937 A bit of fine Sanding on the Outsidr an then i try Gravity Colors "Alcoa" Paint. Regards Harry
