That's right a new club has been formed in Fort lauderdale. We are a small group of friends who decided to break away from another group and form our own thing. We are the Doer's. We don't sit around and complain things are too hard or too far like other groups. We go out and put on Model displays, Make N Take builds and generally love promoting the hobby any place we can. We have aligned our self’s with great organizations like IPMS, Flight 19, and The South Florida Scale Model Consortium as there goals are the same as ours. Promote the hobby. We also have 2 great Sponsors Xtreme AutoWerke and Tri County Hobbies (Formerly R.C. Hobbies) who help us a great deal. Because of our affiliation with Xtreme Autowerkes we have been given the opportunity to have a display at Homestead Motor Speedway at all of the FARAUSA Racing events. How many clubs can say they get to do a model display in the garages at a racetrack the same day as an auto race is going on? If you’re interested in coming out and joining us at one of the races just let us know and we will be happy to get you tickets. Bring your models show them off and enjoy a race. Stay tuned as we have many more things to come. Moebius Lonestar with Revell Germany Wrecker body. The wrecker body required a ton of modification to get the look I wanted. Including the fenders and the area under the tool box doors. I also had to scratch build the mount for the under lift. That I stole out of the tri axle wrecker kit.

Thanks guys I'm happy you all had a great time. On a side note I have decided to step down from the club and will not be running this show again next year. I'm sure someone else will but It won't be me. There was way to much BS behind the scenes making things just not fun. I will however be working on something else and I will reach out to you guys once I have more information. So stay tuned!!!
