why thank you i used painters choice gloss black paint because i had some laying around anyway i was a little bit worried how it would come out because the spraypattern is very wide i could paint the entire car in one pass very pleased with it though after it cures for a day or two i can start detailing that gulwing door looks much better now too

fair enough, i was just wondering if it ment something i was unawares of (never worked on a 1:1 muscle before) thats kool though, its always good to ad a few personal touches

and with the body mocked up dont worry, that paint is no where near done

did some work to the interior added a fuel cell pump and line, partial cage i think i might put the body on 2morrow install the chrome and start doing some detail painting on the body then ill start working on more weapons

the reason he's not wearing the us colours is because he was a promo from my bank back home (netherlands) for the european championship so he's proudly wearing the royal dutch orange

now i understand the confusion the cobra was posted as a reference for the tail lights (not realising they were different) so when i saif it was painted with acylics i was refering to the tail lights the body however was painted with enamels (i use both freely and however it seems most fitting at the time)

there is 2 dozen people in on this but only a half a dozen have been willing to "disclose progress" i can understand if you are aproaching this from a contest point of view, that you dont want to give away anything but personally i feel more like we are all trying to do the same thing and helping one another along so yeah, lets see those pics

you definatly got the main gest of it now all thats lefts are the three Ps of modeling Practice Practice Practice i used to do this on a larger scale when i was younger (motorcycles, helmets and the such) and i must say your doing very well for a first attempt

i would like to have a model of my 1990s opel E kadett i was a lot younger when i had this car but im still pretty fond of it

very nice only thing i would ad/suggest is wrapping a little section of heatchrink tube on the joint that should make it look like all 4 pipes go into the big 3 mm pipe a little bit better (if you want, just an idea)
