  1. Thanks Brian, I thought it looked like a standard Airglide 100, a bit crude but what can you expect for a snap kit. I am going to break out the evergreen and see if I can improve it.
  2. Kicking around a few ideas with the Snap Kenworths and was wondering what the weight rating of the 8 bag suspension would be or maybe a better question is what types of trucks would this not be appropriate for such as dump or mixer versions.
  3. Thanks Force, i knew they had the later versions but not this one. Just what I am looking for
  4. Does anyone know if the Ford Mileage Maker Six has ever been kitted or cast. this would be the straight six from the fifties, not the later falcon/mustang variants.
  5. The 337 Ford flathead did indeed come with the distributor in the back, firewall side
  6. Not being familiar with this type of setup, what are the advantages to the twin steer? Is it an increase in manuverability or payload?

  8. Many thanks for the photos, they will be ver helpfull. am trying to build a replica stock of the 53 and 54 Corvettes for the collection.
  9. Any one know of a source for undercarige photos of the 1950's C-1 Corvettes. I have googled the cars and have only found body photos and a few engine pics. Thanks for the help
