OK,Crazy Jim, just got the second batch of velocity's, and to say the least, I am not yet disappointed, tho I did drop one, hit my fat belly, and vanished to nowhere, would of got them yesterday, but didn't check the mail, anyway, I have a gold set of carbs, they work perfect, but for some reason the same carb casted is still a hair to big but not to worry buddy, I will trim, to the lip line, and I'm sure they will fit, so I will probably be ordering carbs from you to.... People do not be dismayed by what I wrote, Jim is a great caster, quality craftsmanship, easy shipping, and fast to boot, give him a holler, it's well worth your dollar.... Did i just rhyme?

The front vent is cut into the body, thats the red stuff, the white stuff is just a fender extension, so the vent itself sits behind, LOL

OK, here's we're at, allmost time for primer again, and then bondo, still have the rear taillight section to do, but here are some mock up's for now.

It's going to have the vent, this is more, just a fender extension, I will open the vent, there at the bottom, as soon as I get done with this side, I will do a rear fender extension to see how that looks, matching the front of course, but not going any further then it already is.....

OK, new direction, and wanting your thoughts, I will cut out the lower vent, at the body, I can also give the rear the same treatment, just hit me.....

Dang man, you walked that puppy into the sun light and she lit right up with sparkle, no problem seeing that, great job on the paint, and the interior, I'm getting this kit myself, here in a few days, thanx for sharing your build, it has give'n me ideas, great work.....
