  1. The front end is looking good. The grill would most definately be a challenge to get right and not look hobbled together.
  2. Hack and whack! Looks great, woo hoo a double build. Good luck with this.
  3. Love it, nice sounding thumps. It has a classic hot rod look. Ram it.
  4. Wow, very convincing rust treatment, that battery corrosion is super. I like that you have left the carb off. This thing looks like it has been sitting for 30yrs. So many things you can do with this from here. Good luck man, it really looks great.
  5. Paint colour is super. I vote white too, not stark white, maybe the Tamiya racing white. It has a very very slight off white tinge.
  6. If you are running a tunnel ram isn't it pared with a high lift cam and big intake valves? Been years since I paid any attention to high performance cars and engine tuning. Regardless they sure look awesome.
  7. Well deserved, congrats. Your work on this is outstanding even if I am not a fan of the design, I totally appreciate your skill and time need to creat such a master piece. Well done sir.
  8. Engine looking good, I have always like the look of a tunnel ram. Supposedly they are a real pita to set up.
  9. Regardless, this is a great bit of work and attention to detail. I herd engine was a one off concept Ford was working on. ;-)
  10. More fantastic work! I think you are pulling our leg, this isn't 1/25 scale. Your amount of detail would have the uninformed thinking this must be 1/12 or bigger. The axle gussetting and shock towers, heck the entire chassis is outstanding.
  11. What a cool concept! Looking good.
  12. Welcome to the AB world side of model painting, nice looking kit there. The build is looking great, I have alway like the look of a side opening hood, just always think of how you service the master cylinder, change plug, etc on that side. I guess you just climb right in there.
  13. Slick looking paint and interior, and the wheels really look fantastic.
  14. He most likely uses fish net stockings. This is lace from a fabric store.
  15. Just pulled the tape, this is raw. It will be cleaned up, the fade originally was three colours. Blue, purple, hot pink. The hot pink wasn't very noticeable so I just carried the purple onto it. Should have just left it, paint is too heavy on the top portion, and too add acrylic does not bite into Spaz Stix chrome lacquer. You can see some edges and corners where the Chrome is peeking through. Front fenders still need the liquid mask to be fully cleared off.
  16. Glue it back together, mask off the back section and blow in the paint, you can also cover up where you burned through when you were polishing or wet sanding. Then wet sand the area fading out the blown in area. No need to repaint the entire body. If you go this rout you will have to clean off any wax/polish you have already applied to the area that will be painted.
