  3. wow texas funk that 1:1 step side you had before the chop was awsome i love stepside trucks im actually in the middle of building a 1:1 1983 chevy stepside ive owned since i was 14 and i just found 2 84 gmc 4x4 models that im gonna turn the one into a 2wd replica of mine or at least how it will work when its done cuz i no the model will be done before my 1:1 will be and the other will either be buil as a 4x4 or a pro street stepside or a prostreet fleetside but i will be following your build keep up the good work on both
  4. hi im wanting to build the 84 gmc 4x4 model put make it 2wd and turn it in to a pro street truck now i was wondering if any one could give any ideas or pics on how to do this to a truck im new at customizinz models i use to build them box stock but i want to start makeing them as if i would actually want it to be so any ideas or pics of the rear end and tubs or even where to find the parts or a bigger motor etc.... thanks very very much

  6. well my scale im building is 1/25 cars and trucks etc.... im was planning on using wood for a base just because i have it laying around as for walls not sure yet thats what i needed ideas about and useing it for pictures, ya i probably will but mostly just for fun budget, im not wanting to spend 1,000s of dollars but i am planning on buying the tool boxes and stuff that i dont have to paint and a lift and i wanted to add a paint booth and make up some part stands and stuff that a body shop would have, also would like to have an office with a desk and couch and windows and a man door to get in and i wanted it to be a pro/hobby body/speed shop if that makes sense i hope that helps you out so maybe you can help me out thanks again
  7. hey george thanks for the tips and info your dio is awsome i wish i could build one as big as you did with all that detil and cars its just too cool i hope any ideas you may have you could share them so i can learn how to do stuff thanks
  8. hi im zac and i just joined this site im 21 and realy in to building models i quit for a while but wanting to get back into only this time i want to buil a body shop/speed shop dio i want it to have an office and a paint booth and maybe an area where i could display a car inside and i prety good sized work space with tool boxes and benches, lift, paint booth etc........ i do body work and paint cars for a liveing and extra money so all the stuff i use id like to have i was wondering if any one could help me out with ideas on a building and how to age it some and grage doors and stuff this is my first dio ever any info or pics or how to's would be awsome thanks
