  1. My 1:1 Jeepster has a springs over axles lift, as I believe this model has to clear the huge tires. I'm not sure if the instructions mention it, but it should pretty easy to lower it back down by putting the springs back under the axles to lower it back down over the normal sized tires...
  2. It looks like a great kit! I'll take several! Thanks for sharing Steve!
  3. I don't know how long it's been since I posted, but this has brought me out of my shell. This is undoubtedly one of the best weathering jobs I've ever seen. I've had it on my computer most of the day, and checked it out several times. And under all that wonderful weathering, it is a great model! Thanks for sharing your outstanding work!
  4. I don't know, it cost me about a hundred the last time I saw that list...
  5. Just to add one more. It was a pleasure to meet you, Joe. I might add that we shared a table at breakfast, along with Stan Pinnick and Jim Keeler! I really liked your Chrysler 300 Gasser, you're swinging for the fences. I hope we cross paths at future shows. Ron Garbez
  6. I have to agree with all of the above. I got the Coronet hardtop and AWB Dart, both look great and were here in a hurry!
  7. That is gorgeous! And so small, wonderful work! You gotta love Cheetahs! Short wheelbase, all that power in the center. Too much!
  8. This is outstanding news! My dad lived in Tahoe and had an F100 short bed 4x4 & an. F350 4x4 wrecker when I was growing up. Been meaning to try & cobble something up for years. I guess I procrastinated long enough! He also had a power wagon wrecker, but I've got a resin truck to duplicate that...
  9. How about a 1:1 truck? My 2nd 64 A-100. And I drove it Sunday! Grimy 225 leaning tower of power!
  10. John does some FANTASTIC out of this world builds. It was great seeing your stuff and meeting you at the Santa Clara NNL this year. Thanks for sharing! Ron
  11. well, my jaw just hit the floor. Amazing and wonderful build. Thanks for sharing!
  12. What a great model, and this is my favorite Red Green quote. Thanks for saving me from having to google it myself...
  13. My hot rod, '64 A100 Pickup w/340 & auto trans and my daily driver, '95 Ram, bought new. I've posted them before: My $400 toy, bought last summer, possibly future daily driver. Another '64, with 225 Slant Six & 3 speed. I've cleaned this one up a bit, got to take some fresh pictures:
